Over the weekend, I went to Winners in Mayfield Common and to my surprise they had 2 stands of China Glaze 'Let It Snow' (The exact same set up as Chatters). The polishes were $5.99.
Another great find was Seche Vite for $7.99. I stocked up!
I'm pretty sure other Winners/Homesense's would have them as well!
